The EHEDG Training and Education group ( meets 4 times/year and is starting activities on implementing innovative teaching methods. Gerhard Schleining is member of this EHEDG group and will be the link to ASKFOOD and other projects, where ISEKi-Food is involved (like NEXTFOOD) to give information on what will be developed there and what could be implemented in EHEDG trainings on Hygienic Design.
