Talents can be:
- Bachelor Students
- Master Students
- Doctoral Students
Talents are selected for startups based on the ability to build and implement a solution either in its entirety, or individual solution features.
Things to consider:
- Does the external talent pool meet the company's needs?
- Is the talent team the right combination to have a minimal viable product that can be operationalized in time for the company's needs?
- Does the talent have the necessary profile to fit with the company's scale-up goals?
