Aim of the workshop

A wide debate is ongoing on innovative teaching methods in Higher Education to enhance the development of the skills and competences required by the job market and professional environment and to meet the changed learning abilities of the current generation of students and trainees.

The workshop includes several oral presentation given by experts on innovative teaching and training methodologies in Higher education, professional and business sectors. Moderators will guide participants in a open and high-level discussion on their potential use and application to upgrade food and food-related teaching and training and professional and business skills of trainees and graduates.

The workshop has a limited place available and registrations will be limited to 20 participants and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
